How does per-seat pricing work?
On the Team and Business plans you pay for each active member of your organization. Stakeholders and viewers you invite to follow specific incidents do not count as billable seats. The Free plan supports up to 3 seats at no cost.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can also stay on the Free plan for as long as you like.
What does annual billing save me?
Choosing annual billing gives you two months free compared to paying monthly. Team is $200 per seat per year and Business is $350 per seat per year.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your organization settings. Changes are prorated automatically.
